Basic usage:

Using E-Service Support is very easy. Only a valid e-mail address is required. Each request is automatically assigned a unique ticket number, which allows the customer or partner to track the status of the request and the answers online. All that is required is the e-mail address and the corresponding ticket number.

 

Even more with system registration:

However, the system offers even more when you register with the e-service.  Since all requests and responses are archived in the system, registered users can view the requests and responses that have been made. Frequently asked questions are already taken care of if the answers can be found there easily.   

Please note that the "E-Service Support" is only available for registered customers or partners. Therefore you have to login on the SHE Solution website as customer or partner to access the E-Service.
