The "CTE System" has been specially developed for the fast and safe evacuation of all persons on high installations. Increased efficiency and increased power capacity lead to increasingly powerful wind turbines of the multi-megawatt class.
Processes such as re-powering act as an additional catalyst for this trend, and this means that a large number of turbines on which several people are present at the same time are becoming increasingly common. If extreme dangerous situations now occur (e.g. a fire in the turbine building) that require immediate evacuation, conventional rescue procedures and rescue equipment represent a life-threatening bottleneck.

The Collective Tower Evacuation System® (CTE-System), which was specially developed to eliminate this bottleneck, shows that it can be done differently. With the patented CTE-System, the fastest possible evacuation and rescue of all persons from the danger zone can be carried out safely.
Depending on the installation environment, the CTE system is specifically planned, designed and implemented in the vertical or horizontal version for the corresponding environment. In the wind energy sector, the CTE-System is adapted to the specific plant (customer-specific) for a corresponding plant model. We would be pleased to adapt the system for your type of plant so that it can be taken into account from the outset in the design and manufacture of the plant type. You simply manufacture systems with a built-in evacuation system and the following applies to your systems: Team rescue included!
The vertical version is the optimal rescue solution for manufacturer-specific wind turbines.
(a) If the height of your installations increases, the CTE system grows with it.
(b) If the number of people on the installation increases, the CTE system grows with it.
LifeLine System - mobile anchorage system
The SHE LifeLine System is used as a mobile anchorage device, e.g. when working on foundations. The system consists of the abseiling and rescue lifting device SHE Rescue Lift, a 10.5 mm SHE kernmantle rope and a pretension indicator. The equipment may only be used with a safety harness according to EN361 and a lanyard with fall arrester according to EN354/355. A maximum of 4 persons can be secured to the anchorage device at the same time.
The maximum permissible length of the SHE LifeLine system is 50m. The free span of a bay may be max. 8.5m and min. 3.0m. If the span is greater than 8.5m, an intermediate attachment for the cable must be installed, e.g. using the mobile SHE support. The pretensioning of 1KN of the SHE kernmantle rope is done by the pretension indicator.
When used at the foundation 7 supports can be installed. The supports are bolted around the foundation. Each support has an attachment point, in which the deflection pulley pre-assembled on the cable is fixed with a carabiner. The complete system is closed in a circle.

SHE CubeSys - Training centre system solution in modular design
The training center systems SHE CubeSys represent special training center constructions in modular design. Using standardized containers, CubeSys training center systems have been designed to meet the highest requirements for a safe, effective and modular training facility for practical safety training in the field of occupational safety and health. Not only the overall system but also each individual training container was designed in such a way that a maximum number of different training requirements can be carried out with the CubeSys training center system. As a result, the CubeSys systems can be used to map a very broad portfolio of standard and individual training courses.

SHE CubeSys training centre system solutions offer almost all technical possibilities to provide basic training as well as advanced training and special training for different target groups such as service technicians, customers, fire departments, etc.
The SHE CubeSys training centre system solutions are available in two versions - depending on the local conditions

- SHE CubeSys2 for a room height from 7359 to 7659 mm
SHE CubeSys training center system solutions also meet the requirements of the Global Wind Organization (GWO) and can be certified accordingly.
