Simply sign: Digital also for training courses

For legal reasons, numerous signatures must be provided by the training participant for our training courses. Be it the declaration of participation in the training, the declaration on data protection or the medical self-disclosure. For this purpose, numerous documents had to be created, printed, signed, scan and archived. We have put an end to this effort with our new, purely digital, process chain.

For some time now, our trainers have been equipped with tablets and our new "SHE-Solution Training" app. The data of the training participants is automatically imported into the app and the participants sign all documents directly online on the tablet.

If a participant needs the documents he or she has signed after the training, he or she will receive the documents by e-mail on request. This end-to-end digital process chain has significantly reduced the workload for training participants, trainers and our back office, while radically minimizing resource consumption.
